Description
The hinged routel without countersink with M14 thread is made of high quality AISI 316 steel and has polished matte surface — GRIT 320.
A hinged routel is a small metal bracket that is used for mounting of glass entrance units. It prevents a high load on the glass sheets and eliminates their destruction. In addition, it improves the aesthetic appeal of the structure.
The metal routel, made of stainless steel alloy, can withstand heavy loads and is resistant to external aggressive media. Permissible operating loads: wind — up to 4500N, weight — up to 2000N.
It is mounted both on the outside and on the inside of the glass.
Purpose
The hinged routels are used in spider glazing systems and other structures. The glass holder is most often used in the installation of glass facades, canopies made of glass or polycarbonate. It is ideal to fasten the glass with a thickness of 12-22 mm. If necessary, a thinner sheet of glass can be fixed by adding the gaskets.
Assembly and installation
The glass holder is attached directly to the glass sheet, then it is mounted on a wall mount or on a rod, or on a spider.
