Spider base, AISI 316, GRIT 600

Description

The base of the spider comprises an M18 screw, a washer for adjustment and a base itself that is designed for mounting the product on bearing structural elements. The base of the component is made of St3 steel, and the fastening part is made of AISI 316 stainless steel, which ensures its resistance to various environmental conditions.

Purpose
The base is used for glazing the facades, installation of glass canopies and sheds over the entrance group. It is capable of withstanding the heavy loads. It allows to align the overall level of the entire structure.

Assembly and installation
The base is fastened to the metal frame by welding. The screw fixes the spider to the main housing of the product, and the adjusting washer allows to set its position.
