Description

Half part of the I-shaped spider is a durable metal fastener. It is used in the upright and facade glazing to fasten a glass sheet to a bearing structure. It is made of AISI 316 steel, resistant to corrosion and aggressive ambient factors. It has polished mirror surface — GRIT 600.

Purpose
It is used to create completely transparent glass facades, partitions and canopies, and is most often used to fasten glass steps of stairs. It allows to minimize the number of visible fasteners. It provides a modern and aesthetic appearance of structures, as well as ensures reliable fastening of glass panels.

Assembly and installation
The spiders are fixed on the bearing elements of the structure using various fasteners, depending on the type and the structure of spider. Routels with pre-installed glass are attached to the spiders.
