Description
The hinged routel without countersink with M14 thread is made of AISI 316 steel and has matte surface — GRIT 320. This model is a small metal bracket, which is ideal for mounting of glass structures.
Permissible operating loads on a component: wind — up to 4500N, weight — up to 2000N. It firmly joins the glass sheets and ensures an optimum level of rigidity of the entire structure. It can be fixed both on the front and on the inner side of the glass.
Purpose
A glass holder with an external screw is used in spider systems, glazing of building facades, for assembling of canopies made of glass or polycarbonate. Frameless glass structures are securely fastened to the frame using a routel to increase their strength and rigidity. The hinged routel is suitable for reliable fixation of glass with a thickness of 16 to 24 mm.
Assembly and installation
The glass holder is attached directly to the glass sheet, then it is mounted on a wall mount or on a rod, or on a spider.
